Sarra Ganouchi, Initiator, Board Member
Sarra (she/her) is dedicated to driving positive change with her infectious optimism, and she loves to inspire others to do the same. Since 2020, she has been a partner and managing director at Reform. She brings together extensive entrepreneurial experience with expertise in strategic design, regenerative development, and circular design. After completing her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in design at the Zurich University of the Arts, she founded a branding agency and her own circular design-inspired textile company, fouta – everyday towels made to last. Sarra has played a significant role in shaping Reform’s realignment and values, leading the company to become a certified B Corp. As an RSA Fellow, Nominator in the circular design category at the Design Preis Schweiz, co-initiator of the Circular Design Circle, and the Seek association, Sarra is committed to social progress, sustainability, and regeneration.
